The health and safety of our community is our main priority, we always uphold a high standard of hygiene within the facility, however are taking extra precautions during this time.
We hope you will do what you can to take care of yourself and those around you, we also encourage you to use and support our community facility with confidence.
The Centre is working to ensure the health and safety of all patrons and staff is maintained. Please read below about the COVID safety processes on site to ensure we are a community remain healthy and safe during this time.
Changes to showing proof of your vaccination exemption. From 6pm on 19 November, there will be changes across the State to show your vaccination medical exception. All persons 12 years plus must provide proof of vaccination status.
Following the directive from the Government, you can no longer use a medical certificate as evidence of COVID-19 vaccination exemption.
If you can’t get any of the approved COVID-19 vaccines for medical reasons, your doctor needs to update your record on the Australian Immunisation Register to show that you have a medical exemption.
Once your exemption has been processed, you can download or print your COVID-19 digital certificate. You can choose whether to add your COVID-19 digital certificate to the Service Victoria app for use when you check in using Victorian Government QR Code Service, or you can show your immunisation history statement to our staff upon entry.
You must show a valid photo ID along with your proof of medical exemption. Your doctor can print a copy of your immunisation history statement for you, or you can download it from myGov.
Our staff are required to be asking to see your COVID-19 digital certificate upon entry.

If you are feeling unwell or showing symptoms of the flu, cough or cold to please remain away from the facility until you are feeling 100%.
Our number one priority is the health and safety of members and staff.
We are operating with a preferred cashless payment method. To help minimise the risk further, we recommend you tap and go where possible.
1.5m Social Distancing
The safety of our staff & patrons is our highest priority. Please follow the social distancing markers around the facility and course, ensuring you adhere to the distancing guidelines of 1.5m between the next person.
Our sanitisation stations will be found all around our facility. Please sanitise your hands as you enter and exist the clubhouse and before and after being on the course.
If you are feeling unwell or showing symptoms of the flu, cough or cold please stay away from the facility until you are feeling 100% or have been tested
While using our facilities visitors must wipe down all equipment with provided wipes before and after use to help protect our community.

Regular cleaning and maintenance will continue to be in place to ensure the health and safety of you and our team.
